External Works Plan Check

Only available to Approved Inspectors, registered with the Association of Building Control Approvers.

Check the proposed external works design against Approved Document M (whichever is selected) and relevant British Standards and confirm if the proposals are compliant.

Price is for up to 2 residential dwellings. For larger sites, please increase the quantity be half the number of units (i.e. 10 plots is a quatitiy of 5). Average turn around is 5 days from validation. Includes VAT at 20%
